Hi, I’m Andy.
I’m a marketing leader and strategist who loves bringing people, ideas, and systems together. I’m energized by uncovering audience insights, imagining what’s possible, institutional strategy, and the small human moments that make live theater feel alive — from board conversations to welcoming audiences in the lobby. My work spans audience development, storytelling, digital experience, and emerging technology, with a focus on helping cultural organizations grow without losing their humanity. I also founded Arts Official Intelligence, focused on practical AI tools for the arts.
I’m especially interested in patterns and puzzles: how people gather, what makes them return, and how institutions evolve without losing their humanity. Alongside my work at Weston Theater Company, I founded Arts Official Intelligence to explore practical, human-centered uses of AI in the arts.
At Weston Theater Company, I’ve led integrated marketing campaigns, season launches, audience growth initiatives, brand development, and digital transformation efforts during one of the organization’s most ambitious periods of growth and visibility.
Alongside that work, I founded Arts Official Intelligence, an initiative exploring how AI and business intelligence can help arts organizations become more agile, informed, and sustainable, especially in an industry where teams are often stretched thin and expected to do more with less.
I believe the future of cultural leadership belongs to organizations that can combine:
strong artistic identity,
meaningful audience relationships,
operational intelligence,
and modern digital thinking.
Not to replace humanity in the arts — but to create more space for it.
Hi, I’m Andy.
I’m a marketing leader, strategist, and natural connector focused on helping cultural organizations evolve for the way audiences live now.
I love box puzzles, ciphers, and card games. I think close-up magic is cool. I’m always piecing things together…finding new angles.
My background spans nonprofit arts marketing, audience development, digital publishing, experiential storytelling, and emerging technology. Over time, my work naturally expanded beyond promotion into something larger: helping organizations make clearer decisions, communicate more effectively, and build systems that actually support the people using them.
